Shipping    All US orders ship free via USPS within two weeks. Items described as ready to ship will do so within a few days. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. International orders ship for a flat rate of $14 via USPS First Class International mail. Tracking is not available for international orders, and you are responsible for any import or customs fees. As delivery times vary by country, please be patient. For some locations, delivery can take up to 8 weeks.

Returns    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, be in touch within 5 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. The cost of the item will be refunded to you, the original shipping cost will not. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Repairs    Any necessary repairs (those required by normal wear) will be made to your jewelry within one year of purchase, at no cost to you. Repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.

Sterling silver, Bronze, and Brass oxidize over time, resulting in tarnish. While pieces are designed to wear such changes, some people prefer to maintain a shiny finish. Using the appropriate commercial polish preparations for the metal type will maintain a shiny finish. Keeping these materials dry and clean will go a long way in preserving their finishes, as will not handling them with substances on your skin.

Leather cords, linen, and Herkimer diamonds should never get wet.

14k gold filled is a base metal covered with a layer of 14k gold. While it is a much thicker layer of 14k gold than is used in gold plating, care must be taken not to scratch the surface. Polished occasionally with a polishing cloth, an unscratched 14k gold filled piece of jewelry will wear for a very long time, as beautifully as 14k solid gold.
